Hi, I'm Jacque, founder of I Know A Girl Enterprise. 

I stepped into operational and revenue leadership early in my career—and never left. Over the years, I’ve served in general management, revenue leadership, and portfolio-level advisory roles across hotels, restaurants, spas, and mixed-use hospitality assets.

I’ve sat at the table with owners, asset managers, and executive teams. I understand where revenue leaks happen, how misalignment slows performance, and what it takes to design strategy that actually works in practice.
